Long story short, I got into leatherwork because I wanted to go barefoot.  Since that was impractical, I made some moccasins from a cheap kit.  Which led to buying a kit for Plains Indian hard soled moccasins.  And the journey continues

I sew, knit, and weave, so leatherworking is a bit of a change from textiles.

For the moment retirement is actually golden for my husband and I.  God has blessed us.
