This looks amazing!

Yes, this project took a lot of time and effort multiple revisions and refinements and even then, perfection is always a moving target. We’re planning to add more patches on the front panel to balance the design and fill the empty space you see. This duffle bag was created for a client who approached us with a custom request. We’re a small custom patch business, and projects like this often come through word of mouth and referrals. The bag features premium leather patches, carefully embroidered and applied to achieve a bold, high-end finish.

I previously shared an image of the patch, and this is the full look of the bag. How does it look to you?

I’m sending you a photo of the older patch design that was used on the bags. All the color patches in the image are leather. Just letting you know this project is from an older collection.

Thank you very much for the reply. If we have any projects related to this in the future, we will definitely consider it. Embroidering on leather was quite challenging—the needle broke multiple times. And yes, the embroidery was done directly on the leather.

A celebrity designer reached out to us with a special request: create a full set of custom leather patches to cover an entire duffle bag. This piece is one of the 130+ embossed-and-embroidered leather patches we produced for the project. Each patch is made on genuine textured leather with precision embroidery to give it a raised, sculpted look. The details stay sharp, the edges stay clean, and the finish gives the bag a premium, handcrafted feel. It was a challenging build, but seeing all the patches come together across every side of the duffle bag made the effort worth it.
