I'm retired Arson Investigator, I bought out the family ranch 20 yrs ago. Raised both registered and commerical cattle, and reg. Quarter horses. We used to operate some 3000 acs land, but my boys are gone now so I only raise horses . Now I run some 20 to 30 head and enjoy my days. Started selling rope style halters just because I could. Was asked if I could make one of my rope halters with a special leather noseband for Roo Star. Roo is the 2008 American Quarter Horse of the year, he won the Super Horse title. That's the best of the best award. Anyway I thought a minute and SURE, so I bought a beginner kit from Tandy, a strip of 3" x 50" leather and made a noseband. I would like to do murals on usable horse tack if I can learn what tool does what mark.
