About Me
Somewhere in my third childhood, I am still romancing our heritage and history. Used to make shoes for re-enactors for the 18th Century as The Still River Cordwainer. Loved trekking in the Lake George Region, and was a member of the Honorable Cordwainers Company. Most everything I have ever crafted has had a portion of it go to charity.
After my second novel ( A Season Of Purpose) I lost interest altogether in the colonial re-enacting movement and started cowboy action shooting and riding. Started saddlemaking and gunleather, and, a couple of novels and a bunch of articles for the Cowboy Chronicle later, still having a lot of fun. Then one day I wandered into Dixons Muzzleloading shop. Tilted me right back into the 18th Century. I ain't dead yet, but can see it from here, so I still need some more leather to work with.
