When you get right down to it, I love leather. I love the feel of it in my hands, the smell of it when the sun shines on it and I especially love seeing how creative the folks on this website are in all aspects of leatherworking.

Being a noob to this is frustrating in a way, because I would love to do all the projects that everyone is making here. But where to start? LoL. If I could only find an apprenticeship.....

I know that it takes hard work and practice, practice and more practice to perfect skills and patterns. Sigh, more waiting.

In the meantime, I continue to work in an office tied to a computer all day. What I would give to be able to work in a workshop stamping, cutting and sewing leather.
