About Me
Just want to say how cool leather working is! I got involved totally by accident. I was wanting to get a new pair of rodeo chaps for my son, but I didn't want to pay the price, so i figured how hard could it be. I'm a pretty creative guy! With the encouragement and help of a very dear friend i decided to try a few things. That was three months ago. I started with a simple roper wallet, and absolutely scared stiff to try and tool anything.
Now i am building horse tack, tooled purses, guitar straps, bible covers and my new favorite is 8 x 10 tooled figure carvings of relatives. i have done 2 so far that i believe turned out ok! As soon as i figure out how to post pictures, i will so i can get some feedback and help.
