Hi Micah, my trout-thread is made from braided nylonthread and is waxed - available in several colors between black and white and I got it in size of 0,7mm and 1,2mm . I`m shure that this thread is the best choice for a "smooth and clean" stitching !!! Fritz

ok - there are two kinds of ostritchleather I know - the first ( I think it´s what you talk from ) comes from the body of ostritch and is in 1a quality very expensive - the second is made of the legs of that big bird . Here in Germany there are dealer selling ostritchlegs between 15-45 Euros addicted by size and quality. by the way - please excuse my weak English - it needs a couple of time for me to drop a few lines and I have to learn as much ! best regards, Fritz

Hi 8thsinner, thanks to you too - I´m very pleased ! the "croc pouch" is´nt croc it is made of ostrichleg ! the scrimmed wolf-inlay is made by a good friend - he is an hobby-scrimshander and I think he does a realy good job.
