Hi Aaron, Thank you for your kind words and accute observation. Pucci is a just nickname I have had since high school. K.E.N. are the initials for my name Kenneth E. Niles. I always kind of liked having my initials spell out my name. The insignia is sort of a flying "N" logo that my wife came up with and encouraged me to put it on the wallet as well. Hi Everyone, This is a roper wallet that I recently donated to a PTA auction at my daughters school. I literally finished the stitching about a half an hour before I had to deliver it to the school so this project was kind of rushed. It has a Cheylor-Fenneli kangaroo skin liner which I believe adds a lot of quality to wallet. Locals here in the San Francisco Bay Area are not that familiar with Western style carving and decoration. So this sheridan style wallet recieved a lot of comments like "I've never seen anything like it" or "How the heck did you make this". Two bidders got into a war for it. I was stunned when it sold for $240. This has really opened up my eyes about turning my little hobby into a little part time business. I have since recieved several phone calls from people interested in having something made. Especially here in the Bay Area there are a lot of people who have no idea what western style carving is and would probably be very interested in purchasing something in a western style. Hello Everyone, I am a new member and this is my first posting on the forum. I have been doing leathercraft for many years. Most all of my projects have been for gifts to family and friends. Looking at all the incredible work and the entusiasm on the forum has been very inspiring. The Tote Bag posted was a gift to my wife for Christmas. The carving on the front of the bag is a slightly modified James Jackson design I first saw in the Leathercrafters and Saddlers Journal a few years ago.
