    Hey David, I have been out of the loop for quite a while. My wife has been dying of cancer for the past 4 years. She did pass on last September and that is when I got out of the loop. I have been dating a wonderful lady I have known for a while and now we are planning to be married in May. I am very busy with a lot of things right now and will get back to leather when the dust settles a little.

    Thank you! I know exactly what you are talking about when you say the apple cover flips over and props up. I did not want to try to duplicate that just yet although I plan to eventually.

    Thank you! I wouldn't mind having an IPad myself. My brother-in-law asked me to make one to match the computer bag he bought from me. The belt I posted earlier yesterday was for him also.

    I used chrome tanned outer with veg tanned liner to give it some stiffness.

    Thank you! Here is a tip: It is best to start with a strip of leather that is wider than what you want, then trim it down close to the edge. I am not so good at sewing very close to the edge.

    The belt is made up of two strips of leather glued and then sewn together. The webbing is in between the two pieces of leather to strengthen the belt and to keep it from stretching.

    This belt has webbing reinforcement in the middle of two pieces of 5/6 oz leather. It has double stitching all around and goes from one inch in the center to three quarters of an inch at the ends.

    Thank you! Yes it is my design. My favorite part of leatherworking is creating new things. You would need a way to interchange the holsters if you have more than one size handgun.
