    Keep at it Weasel. My first tooled piece was on the wrong type of leather. some garment stuff or upholstery stuff. haha and I used a hammer and the end of a file to try to tool. Trust me you're doing good. Just do a little bit every day and you'll be alright. Even if just research.

    Hi my name is Joe, I'm new on this site and to this craft. Just want to say the stuff I seen on this site from members is absolutely fantastic. Like I said I'm new to this and hope to get as much knowledge from here as possible. I ride a motorcycle and started by thinking I can tool my seat, what am I thinking? I also go to classes on Saturdays. So a big hello from this newbie to all of you, and thank you.
