I'm retired Army / Federal service. I live on 5 acres in Tacoma with my wife, 2 dogs, 2 horses, a cat, and a number of other critters who wish to remain anonymous. I recently completed construction of an English saddle with Bob Land, up in BC. I see that the number of people who can work with English saddles is limited, so I decided to give it a whirl.

I enjoy carving, but don't do it enough. ( There's always some sort of catastrophe on a horse property. While I was in BC, the barn roof blowed off.)
