About Me
Been sewing leather for many years, as my father has been repairing and making horse gear since I was a little kid, and thus awakened a natural interest for it. Anyhow, I am really new to leather carving/stamping/tooling etc., but I can see that I am making slow but steady progress all the time. The "worst" part is still the cutting before stamping, I admit that I sort of cheat with an ordinary scalpel when I make more geometric designs - as I feel like a surgeon using a machete instead of a scalpel. The more rounded lines are getting much better, for some strange reason.
Anyway, I am mostly into silver smithing and woodcutting, and not so much into leather, yet. But I realize I even dream of new leather projects at night, so I guess I'll be more and more active ahead.
