  1. Yeah, they told me last week that they were sending my stuff out in the mail. So this monday I called and was told the book came in miraculously that morning and was being shipped out first thing Tuesday. I never received confirmation that it was shipped, so I called up and was told the gal who's looking into it wasn't there and she'd call me back. Now they won't answer my calls unless I phone from a different number. This is becoming such a joke. I'm STILL waiting. I don't mind delays or back orders, but to be given flat out lies absolutely makes me mad. I don't lie to people and I expect the same, especially from a business. If there are problems, they need to tell me, not lie to my face. Right now I am so pissed off. I need the book, but will never order from these scumbags again.
  2. Thank you good sir. I had found it and called. They are sending the stuff out in the morning. Really fast response from them and they are pretty good people for how small they are.
  3. What is a contact number for these guys? I'm STILL waiting for them to process an order and I want to talk to somebody, but their website only has a neutral contact form to fill out. Historically I don't order from any website that doesn't have a customer service phone #, but this forum seemed to paise them pretty highly so I bit the bullet and put in an order, but no way to contact these "Good Folks"
