  1. Well it disassembled successfully! Heavy, but the pieces were manageable and we got it back to the shop.
  2. Thanks Art, I see what you are saying based on the schematic. I didn't realize the C castings were 4 separate pieces, I thought it was one unit. Thanks again. James
  3. Hi Folks, I am going to pick up a clicker 1500 with a friend tomorrow. After looking at the schematic online it seems the plates can be removed, but I am unsure as to how much weight they account for. Does anyone know after disassembly what the heaviest standalone part of the clicker weighs? If the C-casting is 400 pounds or less then we can manage, but if not I'll need to get another guy to help. Any input you guys have would be great. Thanks
  4. Thanks everyone. Looking forward to getting to know you all.
  5. Hi all, Wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I've been reading this forum for a couple weeks and the information here is immense and very helpful. I focus my craft on knife sheaths, specifically high end folders and wilderness style utility sheaths. My website is http://www.gravitasleatherworks.com. Looking forward to learning a lot here and sharing some of my knowledge as well. Regards, Jim
