Thank you for your help. I recently put a new spool of bonded nylon on the machine. That is when the problem started. I have replaced the bonded nylon with bonded polyester and the problem is solved. Thank you again.

Hello all, I a needing help with thread tension problems with my Ferdco Pro 1010. Recently my machine is randomly leaving knots on the bottom of the my holsters and knife sheaths. I am ready to give the machine away. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
