    Hi all. First post...Rank beginner here. I have been playing around with leatherworking for a few months now....made a few small projects, played with some tooling/carving. Having loads of fun! I have a friend who is a chef, and I'd like to make a knife roll for her. What type of leather would be good for this? Regular veg-tan seems a little stiff.
