  1. Minneapolis has a violence problem, primarily in one precinct due to a gang war.  Minnesota is basically a safe place to be.  Never lived in St Cloud, but it is still small town USA and it takes a while for long time residents to really accept new comers- and college students are always new comers.  It helps to be Norwegian and to like lutefisk.  You are in driving distance of good hunting, bird and fur,  and fishing.  Last time I drove through, I saw a few exotic bars by the road side.  One went out of business-speaks to the quality of their acts.

In another month or so, get Deep Woods Off and keep it handy.  DEET is your friend.  Otherwise. low brass 7 shot will work until the big ones hatch.

  2. You may want to look into the legal requirements if you plan to do this at a business, depending on your location. If it's just friends, or people you know, that's one thing, but as a business I think there are some specific requirements. Not necessarily an FFL, but something similar to what gunsmiths use.

This makes real sense. You may also consider using a camera to record the condition of the weapon, and a lockable secure storage area. It's what can be proved in court that counts.(I was going to make a comment about conservatives and justice vs volume, but that made as much sense as the comment about Democrats)

  3. Here is a belt I finished for a friend of mine. Wickett & Craig 7/8 oz chestnut with some 2/3 oz liner. A pancake sheath for a Case traper. Also a pancake sheath for one of my damascus Texas hunter drop points that I just finished. It has Mesquite burl handles and mosaic pins. And my twist damascus blade. Thanks for looking Richard

The leather is beautiful. I don't know how to describe the Damascus blade without drooling.
