    Al Stohlman's The Art of Making Leather Cases Vol. 3 has instructions and maybe patterns. I have not looked at it in a while. The book is available from Tandy or Amazon. They are well worth the money.

    I do the quilt design frequently. I like to use a push beveler on the lines after cutting with a swivel knife. It gives more depth to the pattern. Kind of makes it look padded.
