Yeah, I am aware the original purpose is for survivalist thingmejigs. These however are merely for looks. Though I suspect you *can* take 'em apart and do stuff with the strap, I wouldn't hold up any hopes of doing anything useful. The plain one was made purely for testing purposes to see if it was even possible to make a bracelet like that, therefore it wasn't treated beforehand. All the rest I've made have been finished properly.

I'm sure others have made these, but since there are no pictures or threads stating such, I'll have 2 mins of warm fuzzy feelings of pretending to be first at something. Unless someone minds of course. In which case I'll fold in an apologetic fit like a wet paper bag. Basically a paracord bracelet, made with leather instead of said cord. Used a strap cutter that cuts in a circular pattern instead of straight to get a long enough strap. Strap is/was 2mm thick and 3mm wide. For the two-tone, the leather was dyed before braiding. Noted that due to either my lack of skill or the material used, the finished product tends to become shorter than expected. Way, way shorter. PS.
