Country Trash, Thank you for your comment regarding CraftStack. We currently actually offer 2 different plans for seller's. We offer a Basic Plan that is $6.95 monthly that is geared toward folks only looking to list maybe between a few and a handful of items. We then offer a Premium Plan that is $10.95 monthly that is for folks who care to list lots of items or who maybe are involved in what they create as more of a career. Both plans offer unlimited listings though. We spent around 2 months researching how we would do our plans and pricing. It was not an easy task at all. We settled on one simple inexpensive monthly fee because we found that companies really rack up charging their vendors when there are listing fee's for EVERY item listed and each quantity listed , fees EVERY time you re-list an item, commission % fees of 3%-5% of each sale you make, and then more fees to PayPal. We wanted to move away from seller's being charged so many different ways and make it easy, simple, and less expensive in the long run. I hope I answered your questions fully. If there's anything else that I can assist you with, please let me know!

TO ALL: We were able to find what was causing FireFox to put up a warning, and also cause the search boxes in Internet Explorer to act weird....Both issues had to do with the SSL Certificate causing problems so we we able to re-set the SSL and everything is working great now. No more issues that any of us at CraftStack are aware of. Thanks!

Twin Oaks, Thank you for you information. I Indeed will use the information you have given me to do a round of revisions with my development team. We have 3 developers with us and because we built CraftStack as a fully custom site, what's called a Custom Component, it's been tricky getting everything working JUST right on every browser. Your correct, If we don't get these things correct, people will go right over to Etsy and that's not something we are looking to have. I do feel we have a great product, a well designed site, and a strong business plan, but I will go ahead and be the first to say..... We need to get these corrections fixed on this go rough once and for all. If we don't we are facing some serious blow back amongst the community of artists and we need positive attention, NOT negative. Thank you for your report to us and we hope you will check in with us continually

We indeed are a new company and marketplace, which leads us to why we are offering 4 months free to all seller signing up for Premium. And after, it's $10.95 after, monthly. Our sims reason for this offer is to increase interest, not desperation. We have much competition and we need exposure to gain popularity so by offer each vendor free time with us it brings interest. I am indeed running the business end of the company, WE DO have a team, and a fantastic one, of developers and 2 designers that have done the look design and the developers handle the building, debugging, all technical issues, and all things in between. I'm sure it's troubling that in Firefox you found that error however as "Cyberthrasher" has said below, all security measure have been taken and it could very well be that you have an old version saved in your Cache of our site, we recommend you clear your cache and make sure your version of Firefox is of the newest version of your browsers is on your computer. Ill be happy to assist you with anythig I can to make your time with CraftStack pleasurable. Sincerely, CraftStack

If you have the MOST RECENT version of FireFox installed on your computer, there should be no issues at all. Our security in in place with an SSL certificate and there are NO issues with CraftStack. We are running smoothly. If you are getting a security error, its possible that your "Cache" has an old version of our page saved in it from when you visited it before things were fixed. May I suggest that you clear your Cache and make sure you have the most current version of your browser, in your case FireFox, and then head to craftstack.com. You will see everything is under lock and key and very safe. If you have the MOST RECENT version of FireFox installed on your computer, there should be no issues at all. Thanks

We indeed have worked through what we feel are all the kinks. We recently switched servers and that caused us about 50 hours of down time. CraftStack is A VERY SAFE SITE FOLKS! Our SSL Certificate is working properly and you may view that our SSL is working properly by looking in your address bar and noticing the "lock" in-front of our address. CyberThrasher: We would love to have you and your products and thank you for your support and kinds words. We've worked extremely hard to really upgrade the site and brings things up to a current and professional level since you and me last spoke. As you know, when you switch servers, IP switching and what not can cause issues but things seem to be running smoothly now! We would LOVE to have you! We most certainly do! We are going to leave things down for a week so we can do editing and the necessary upgrades to bring the site up to a professional standard. Thank you CyberThrasher for you encouraging comments and positive outlook for us! We plane to take customer service very seriously and unfortunately, as you know, getting a site launched bug free is tricky and takes time! Thank you again!

Ferg, My apologies if my response was spoken in-correctly to you. I had no intention of coming off as upset! :-) We just did a little pre-mature send out to get some feedback from folks and we seem to know pretty quickly the area's that need fixing! Im very glad to hear folks get excited about new ventures that can be beneficial to everyone! We are launching CraftStack so that all artist's who create products with their hand have an in-expensive way to get their items marketed and sold! We are going to be making adjustments to the site over the next few days I will make a nice big post for everyone when EVERYTHING is corrected and ready to go! Thank you for your kind words and we hope to see you with us!

The site is in fine shape, thank you! The issue with images is being corrected. The Zoom feature was causing problems with IE9. The image issue will be fixed in whole by Monday. The images are proper size. We selected a Zoom feature that is not working properly with some browsers. We are having this corrected immediately and you will notice this fixed completely by Monday! Thank you! I would be happy to get any information you need. We just put it online today and are still adding information for users. L Please check back Monday for a more complete launch with MUCH more informative pages for you to read over! I am confident CraftStack and our team will be a fantastic alternative to using Etsy as I'm quite aware of all the issues that Etsy causes folks! Our SSL certificate will be active Sunday as we plan to do a complete launch on Monday. Thank you very much for your comments! You are correct, I would never transmit my secure information over a site that is not HTTPS.

Knipper, Thank you for finding my post and replying! I would LOVE to make a show sometime and I hope to someday soon! I stay so busy it's so hard to fit in traveling sometimes and I don't know of any shows that all of you come to in North Carolina! I am actually REALLY glad to get your reply to my post... I hear amazing things about both the Leather Wranglers and your Knipschield's however after talking to many many people, Id really like to purchase from you and plan to place an order next week. If you could answer a quick question for me however: I work with Horween's Chromexcel and Shell Cordovan leather. I Make iPad and iPhone cases, bags, and other things of that nature. I do lots of long cuts, skiving, short cuts, and some patterns...knowing that has led me to really consider your French style knife because of the cutting options it gives...Does that sound right to you?

I know, I hate I missed Sheridan, I here it's wonderful for tool and knife buying! I will be sure Im there next year for sure! As far as the differences in design...Could you elaborate on the advantages to both Knipper and LW differences in design? I just would like to know what advantages each design offers? I will eventually buy both, but for now it's only one!

I am somewhat a beginner at leather craft. I have slowly picking up tools as I go..... I am a firm believer that "Buy the best, Cry once!" Id REALLY like a good, solid round knife that holds a good edge and will last for years to come. I see the Dozier's..... I don't want to wait 18 months!.....I see the J. Cook's but I also don't want to wait for his either. Ive kind of narrowed it down to either a Knipschield Round knife or a Leather Wranglers Round knife. What does every one recommend I purchase? I know I can't really go wrong with either but Id still like to know everyone's opinion! And What about Brett Bronson's knife? I spoke to him and he's an awfully nice person as well, I just don't know much about his knives? thanks!
