I know, asking alot. I wanted to get a heavier duty machine used (seperate motor below) for use in making some personal boat sails but also do marine canvas, and heavy shade cloth to make some shade sails. So this throws me into a zig zag machine which even used end up being a bit expensive. Ive found some nice used straight stitch machines like consew 206 but that does not give me the zig zag? Any recommendations on models that might give me what I need? zigzag, straight, walking foot. does not need to be portable. Sincerely, Reese

Ive seen an Adler 267 on sale and was wondering about it, and if by the serial number you can tell the age? It is an Adler 267 GK-373 #17485. And how are these machines for canvas, shade cloth, etc. Thanks! Reese
