i am looking for something similar to that holds the knife by the blade in the plastic knife guards. but i dont want a knife roll. im looking for something similar to what i have now. except it would be a bit more durable out of leather. its 3 compartment bifold and has a ton of room heavy duty zippers and a shoulder strap required

i am also a chef and would like to know if you are still interested in making a knife kit i have an idea of what i would like and have the plastic covers for my knives. please let me know. thanks
