I have come across a Singer 29 K 4, that has been motorized, does anyone have any thoughts on this machine? being motorized is this a blessing or is it a NO do not do?
The price is real good and I am considering buying it, if I get some feedback via Leather workers, thanks Gainesvilleman...

Can any one tell me what thread the Singer 29K4 will take, and would this be a good machine to use for leather

#69 or #92 will work,These machine was made for shoe repair & will leave marks on the topside of the leather.Theey can be rubbed out.A true leather machine for finished good will have smooth feed dog & feet so there's no marking.
