This album demonstrates a variance in how leather art may be presented. The leather is framed which takes it into the realm wall hangings for the home, office or that cabin get-away in the woods. Still, the leather can be removed, trimmed and used as a patch, its up to the imagination.

The Fleur De Lis Leather Belt. I hand carved the Dancing Diamonds design which fragments the light into shattered sparkles. Every bit of this design was done by hand & NO embossing! Fits a waist from 42 1/2" in circumference to 39 1/2 (Add more holes for a smaller waist) and is 1 3/4" wide. The overall belt length is 48 ". Solid brass buckle. The leather was hand sanded giving the leather dyes a mirror like surface to soak into. The leather has a UV & Moisture protective coating as well as a high gloss coat. This is a signed piece

This process taught me some things about stitching, adding my own designs, working leather edges, form a pattern for a lining and so forth.
