[Leather Bag Restoration]

Hello!

I'm trying to restore a leather bag for my grandma, but I don't have a clue on how to do it.The bag color is black and it has some scuffing. The color faded so I'm looking to re-dye as well.

Would fiebing dyes work? or is there something out there that could help the process? Anyone has any tips? Thanks!
