Hello YinTx, Yes I did. Too bad I cannot show you any pictures of the lining. I sold the bag awhile ago. Thank you for your comments. Like you I like the contrast and also the "rugged" and "tough" looks of the black but the girlish softness of the pink.. -

This is not my own design. I copied this from the "Tony II" handbag published by Tandy Leather. I like this design because it is fairly quickly made -even though hand stitched- and you can interchange the carvings with your own designs and customize these bags with, for example fringes, studs and/or change the simple inside lining (I used in this case red suede pigskin lining) with f.e. a harmonica style gusset and seperate compartments and zipper.. -

Requested by Katrin. She could not wear a schoulder bag or back pack due to an accident. She wanted a bag big enough to carry a water bottle in when riding on the bag of her husbands bike, but small enough so it would not be to heavy. I created this waist/hip bag. Adjustable in length. Ofcourse, typical for me...I did not want to make a boring black bag, oh no! That would have been to simple.. No, I designed an embroidery pattern for the flap first. Used a thick padding under the embroidery to create a relief. This generated into 4 more bags for others that saw this bag. Yeay!! -
