I started leather work after I received a black powder pistol kit from my middle son for Christmas 2012. When I completed building the kit I decided that a holster was in order. A holster for this unusual pistol (12" barrel) proved to be hard to find. The research began as to how I could produce my own. As this progressed I took a liking to working with leather and as I showed off my work in progressive stages everyone encouraged me to share my new found talent. I also made a matching belt, knife sheath and phone holster for this rig.

This lead to my decision to open an ETSY shop, striving to please as many enthusiast as possible with there own custom leatherworks…
