Hello everybody, my dad recently gave me a sewing machine. It is a hercules js-555. It looks pretty similar to the juki dl-555 machine based on pics I saw online but I haven't been able to find any specific info on it. Does anyone know anything about this machine or where I can find info or parts for it. Also if anyone knows what it would be good for leatherwise, if anything, that would help as well. Thanks in advance.

Hello all, I am working on this yoda piece for a Star Wars themed art show this Saturday. I've got it all tooled up and am looking to glue it to this wood oval. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what kind of adhesive(preferably in a spray can) would work well for this application. Any critique or other pointers are also welcome. Thanks.

Hello all, I have been lurking on this site for a while now learning all I can. Finally feel comfortable enough to post a pic of some of my work. Here is a gypsy head slim wallet I'm working on. Tomorrow I will stitch and burnish.

the interior looks like pigskin, did you line or use something to stiffen the main panel to lace it like that? I feel like the pig on its own would be too flimsy to take the lace nicely. I could be mistaken, never tried it....
