Tandy, PMC, springfield, and ebay. i saw some cheap on ebay but i dont really care for ebay

Why is it every where i look, celtic stamps are very expensive? If anyone can help that would be cool because i really would some but cant pay those prices right now. Am i just looking in the wrong places?

Hey everyone, I'm very very new to leather work and could use some help. I'm just wanting to do some small carvings and small pieces(bracers, pouches, sheaths, etc.). I do not know what tools I should buy or where to buy them from. I just don't want to spend $60 on a 6 piece kit when I don't need five of the pieces. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
