About Me

I retired from the Army in October 2015.  Outside of the Army, I worked with horses most of life.  I'm a retired Major from the Cavalry branch, where I also served as a Cavalry Scout NCO when I was enlisted.  I chose to go into saddle and leather work rather than continue to work in an office and in a work environment that is unnatural for me.  I do well in the actual construction and design of equipment, but I am not a "decorator" by nature.  Tooling is an area where I am working to improve.  You can find my business online at www.CrabtreeSaddleWorks.com or www.facebook.com/CrabtreeSaddleWorks
