I have been sewing since the age of 6.  At a little older age  reupholstering furniture and making drapery became a good business which lead into a full blown interior design business.  This business ran very profitably for almost 3 decades until 2008 spun through.  I then had to sell off the studio and inventory.  After which I started making ladies and men's handbags with heavy upholstery fabric and leather.  I have been designing, patterning and sewing my own styles of bags and throughly enjoy it.  I consider myself still learning, but am just about ready to take the leap into a web site retail.  I still need wisdom from those individuals experienced on sewing leather on a cylinder walking foot.  The machine I have is an Atlas 2628.  Along with an old Juki, old singer no a couple of residential mschines
