I live in Texas, I just tossed in the towel on a high end IT Career.  Age discrimination among young IT Managers is incredible.  I guess they are afraid of "The Old Guys" just because they Rock!  Any way no mo Certs, upgrades, or new releases of software.  i have played with leather work off and on all my life, Never had the time to take it serious.  Well Now I do! I have found that every chance I get to carve or stamp on some leather project or scrap,  a new sense of urgency has taken over, a desire to be the best has come over me.  Funny, no longer to please the Boss or the company, but just me. I have found a great deal of peace in that.
