I started messing with leather about 3 years ago. I was looking for a western holster and belt online for a halloween party, and I was blown away by the detail and art people were putting into leather carving. I have enjoyed all sorts of arts, and this was an exciting new place for me to experiment. After the purchase of a beginer's kit at Tandy with some free lessons, I was hooked. I come and go from the craft as time and money allows, but it always makes my heart beat faster when I'm working out a new pattern. I hope I can learn some new things here (actually, I've been browsing for months and have already learned tons), and I hope to share some of what i have learned as well.
