Hi, I have 5 old (domestic) Singers, and have just purchased a Singer 331K5. Am really hoping it will do car upholstery as it was in my budget, and the previous lady owner said it would. Somewhat worryingly, she also said it's fast, and I'd rather go slow making leather car seats for the first time! (Sadly I just missed a 132 which has been doing car upholstery since it was new 47 years ago, as while asking its owner if it was suitable, by the time he told me it was perfect, it was gone).
