My name is Conner Cashell. I’m 18 years old I do leatherwork full time as well as train colts. I run a one man leather shop called CRC Custom Leather in east Texas. I build custom saddles, horse tack, chaps, holsters, and just about anything else. I am in it for the long run so I only use the highest quality materials and keep very strict quality control standards for my business. From my experience in horse training and working cattle I put more focus on functionality than looks. However looks are very important. I love to learn more from older More experienced saddle makers any chance I get. I am an old soul. Even though I am 18 most of the people I am around are at least twice my age if not 3 times my age. My reason is because I can learn more from the old cowboys and saddlemakers I know than people my age. My biggest dream in life is to become a master saddle maker and continue to train horses and cowboy for a living.
