I found an almost new Juki 1508 no letters on the label???

Anyone have an Adler 867?

I am ruling out the 206 I looked at one close up tonight and sewed a bit. It felt somewhat cheap. i do not like the reverse on the phaff... any other quarks?

I am leaning towards 1508, what are the main differences between the 1508’s and 1541?

Both of the Jukis and consews 206, 255 phaff 1245 and Adler 867. Ok, mostly upholstery grade leather with top stitching. Scrim backed foam and some canvas work. i am used to a top load bobbin, the extra large bobbin on the 1508 appeals to me. I have Recently heard the 255 is not near the machine as the 206? And neither phaff or Adler are no longer made in Germany, but China. There could be quality and warranty issues there? Pros and cons of each??

Out of the flat top machines like the - Juki 1508, 1541 - Consew 206, 205, 255 - phaff 1245, 545 - Adler 867... etc what You like about them and what you don’t?
