Thanks to everyone that helped me with my bandolier width question! Now what weight of leather do you suggest i use? It is going to be 3" wide and hold 12gauge shot gun shells from end to end.

[12 Gauge Shotgun Shell Bandolier Help?]

I have an order for a 12 gauge shotgun Bandolier. I have not done one of there as of yet and was wondering if anyone can give me any tips or patterns? The request was for one 4" wide and a total length of 66". 4" wide seems extreme and too wide to be worn over the shoulder. Can anyone tell me what an average width for a Bandolier is?

[Leather Splitter]

Do you still have this splitter? Is it home made? If not what brand is it? Is it difficult to use?

I have had this splitter for about 3 or 4 years it's blade is 5 1/4" of cutting surface. I made an extra blade for it but it needs to be finished sharpening. The original blade is in need of sharpening too. These four pictures are self explanatory. I made a new roller for it too. I think 80 dollars would be a good price. Thanks for looking.

The supplier that I normally buy "Texas Tan" Superior Calf 1/8th inch lacing is out of stock. I have orders that I need to get down that use that that lacing. I have tried other tan lacing, but the end results are not coming out like what my customer ordered.
