    I was searching for answers about issues I am having with dyeing and finishing leather, and this is pretty much the most useful site that I have found. Figured I should join and contribute to the community

About Me

I live in CA and am new to leatherworking. I have finally built out a shop in my garage, and so am finally able to use tools that were jammed in a closet apartment for years. I read a lot, a mix of fiction (science fiction is my fav) and non-fiction.

I am trying my hand at leatherworking and looking forward to learning and improving. I have a ton of woodworking experience, but my toolset is limited at the moment to hand tools and carving tools, so I am planning to mostly make small projects that complement what I am doing in leather.
