  1. Ok thank you. Will look for it.
  2. Hello everybody! I'm new to leatherwork and new to the site. I'm loving leatherwork. I've started out making belts. One problem I'm having is my leather bleeding. Starting out I did not put a sealer on my belts - just dye and oil. So one belt was bleeding onto my grey pair of jeans and my lady's belt was still a bit wet on the backside even after a cpl weeks. So I daubed Tan-Kote on it and wiped the excess off with a cloth. I let it set a day and polished it out with a white t-shirt rag. Some dye still came off the belt and so I did that a total of three times over three days. I don't know if maybe I didn't let the dye dry long enough before putting neatsfoot oil on it or if I'm doing something else wrong. I'd like to have more of a sating finish. Looking to make belts, dog collars and other straps right now. Also I plan to edge dye and burnish as a last step before stitching. Do I need to seal the burnishing? The bleeding is the most important issue at the moment tho. Any advice would be much appreciated!
