I am a retired chef. I’ve been doing leather work most of my adult life, but all of it has been handstitching. It’s gotten to the point where my hands Can no longer deal with all the wear and tear, it’s time for a machine. I work with leather on the average 4 to 5 times a week that’s what I do nowadays.
