That does look just like the Singer 45K, thanks! I am needing a couple parts for my machine and haven't been able to find them either. I am guessing the Singer 45K parts are interchangeable? I am needing a tension stud and a needle set screw.

I bought a Consew 753 a few days ago and have scoured the WWW looking for information about this machine. I cannot seem to find what needle system it uses. Any help would be appreciated.
