Hi, Ive been lucky to get some Sokoto goat-hides I was hoping to make some wallets- but they’re too soft- How does Alran make firm chèvre? Is there anything I can do to stiffen them? I can’t use wax etc- they’re too expensive to ruin— Thanks

Hi Everyone ! This is my first post as I'm new to leatherwork. I'm based in Liverpool, UK Can I use an electric heat gun instead of an alcohol lamp to heat a creaser? I cant find an alcohol lamp for sale and the DIY stores in IK don't sell alcohol. Many Thanks Rory
