friction swivel used for a fire axe scabbard, Cant find them anywhere. Fireinnovations.com has a similar swivel, but it is not friction. Thanks in advance!

The opening is 2 1/8”, Tandy, buckleguy and weaver do not carry this, I need this specific one, they have smaller similar snaps, thanks for all your responses!
