Hello: Can you post a picture or video of the part you fixed and what you did? I am having the same issue, but I’m uncertain of the roller part you are referring to. secondly for anyone who can help: I am tuning my machine and I am having issues identifying my machine year and model and the proper service manual for it. it is what I believe a newer machine mid 70’s but I can’t find a manual that matches. I have found a couple with different info for timing. One states to set the stitch length at 0 and the other at 3. What one is correct?
