I started brain tanning deer hides (1700's style) over 20 years ago and been into leather ever since. I made myself a long fringed suede jacket and started upholstering motorcycle seats, among other things, this past year. I also do a lot of alterations, repairs, and custom builds of leather products, such as: adding zippers to leather boots, up-sizing leather jackets, custom made knife sheaths and wallets, etc. I always want to learn more.
