Hello, 

My name is David and I am 33 years old (in 2024) social worker from Germany. For most of my life I spend my free time doing sports. But as the years went by my body couldn't support my hobbies anymore so I needed to find something new. 

I was always interested in creating something since in my line of work you rarely ever and up with some tangible. So I decided to try myself in leatherworking. Up until now I have mostly bought patterns of Etsy and recreated them. That is fun and gifting my final products away always feels good. But I would really like to learn more about the art of leatherworking and not just the reproduction. 

So thats me, 2 years of being a leather hobbist trying to improve.
