  1. Double post. After watching the Alexander Dyer video, it looks like all I can expect for presser foot walking height is 3/16 - 1/4", and that the 3/8" specified in the Singer manual is referring to the knee lift. Bummer.
  2. Hello all. Long time listener, first time caller. I recently acquired a well loved Singer 111W152 compound feed machine and have a few questions I am hoping for clarification on. According to the manual, the screw circled below is what I should be using to adjust the alternating feet height. However, adjusting the inner foot for maximum lift renders my outer foot useless. I am able to position the feet such that they are balanced and each lifts about 3/16", but I am hoping I'm missing some other adjustment that will allow me to get each foot a bit more lift. It looks like the outer foot height lift is somehow based off of the inner foot height but I'm not sure which screw to loosen and how to adjust it to achieve more outer lift. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. -John
