20 oz leather supplier?

I’m looking for very heavy weight leather that I can cut into various lengths and widths. The piece I have is between 19-20 oz and I’ve been told it’s oil tanned. It needs to be somewhat flexible, so veg tan wouldn’t really work. 

Is there a specific name for this type of leather that I can search for, or better yet, any suppliers I can check out?

Heavy harness leather. You may be hard pressed to consistently get 19/20. Necks on heavy cattle can gauge that but butt thickness will be less usually.
