Need Leatherworker in L.A. to make a weekender bag

I was gifted a hanging garment bag out of beautiful leather with a Ferrari emblem. I won't use it as a hanging garment bag, but have an idea to add zippers to the sides so that it could convert into a weekender bag. Like this example. Can anyone in the L.A. area take this on?
