Juki DNU-241 or Adler 267 GK-373

I have the opportunity to purchase either of these machines.  Both are local and within $100 of each other and both are clean and functioning properly.

I sew as a hobby and do upholstery and leatherwork (bags, holsters etc.)  I grew up sewing on my parents Juki 563 and now it's time to get my own.

The Adler 267 is in the $700-800 range and still has the clutch motor.  Includes a zipper foot and several bobbins. Paint is still there and looks great.  

The Juki 241 is $600-700 range and has the servo motor already installed.  It includes a couple extra bobbins.  Paint is all intact and looks great.

I've tried to read up here on both machines as well as the usual internet search and have found mixed information.

My first thing to finish is upholstery for a friends 63 Cadillac.  After that it will be whatever comes up.  Generally I have done several seats in vinyl, Jeep soft tops, I have a boat cover to repair.  I would like to use it to sew some thinner leather projects but that's not a deal breaker, I can still stitch those by hand.

My main questions would be how do those compare to the Juki 563 and is one better than the other?  I would consider changing the Adler to a servo motor.  The 563 I have sewn on it the clutch motor so I am used to that.  It's difficult to find the more capable industrial grade machines in my area without spending $1500.  

I'll be looking at both this weekend.

Any help or opinions would be great.

My choice 241.  huge selection of chinese and  japanese parts. How about a 1/2" welt foot for windlass on a vintage car. Or a 1/8" piping foot for seat welting.  Most machines are non sewing factory having less hours.  Horizontal axis hook less tendency to thread jam.  

ADLER Has drive belt $50 plus labor $50 to $100 per hour to install.  Takes about a hour unless upper bushing is stuck $$$$.  Some machines so worn sprockets need to be replaced $$$
